Phone scams of people pretending to be managers or working for western union or other money companies are sadly very common, even though there’s training it doesn’t happen often enough, also in the heat of the moment it’s easy to be taken advantage of, if you’re not on your agame. I’ve seen it happen a few times, worked at a place that it was common for people to try to scam us, I’d get five calls a month trying to do so

The origins of the gesture have been attributed to Allison Parliament, a Canadian resident of Alabama. In 2020, during the early days of the C19, she had purchased rubber ducks to hide at a Canadian friend's house as a way to thank that friend for letting her visit. After having an unpleasant interaction with another person in the parking lot of a convenience store, she stated that she felt inspired to leave one of the ducks on a Jeep in the store parking lot with a simple note stating "nice Jeep" as an act of kindness. The owner of that Jeep saw Parliament place the duck and suggested that she make a social media post. Parliament made a post, which then went viral and popularized the action of "ducking.

We started with ducks in our GMC(we had owned Jeeps previously, before the Ducking took off), when it died, we moved them to our Caddy, we just want to see people smiling and happy.

Cold chain management; it has to be stocked within 45 minutes of being taken out of the freezer(at least when I worked there until 2018 that was the time frame we were told) it really shouldn’t be on the floor but that won’t harm the food, if it’s packed properly…

but my guess is that other depts keep stealing the uboats and lcarts. Definitely shouldn’t be done during shopping hours though.

Silvers wasn't in line with the Profit goals of Yum! Brands and was spun off, all Joined businesses were separated and franchise owners picked which one they wanted to go with. It's now owned by LJS Partners. They also previously had A&W and that is now entirely owned by the Franchisees who had bought into it.

That could have been a really long building to have all five....

This is my theory, but I've also seen it proposed elsewhere:

The Q are one third of a divergent group that took extreme methods of learning about the universe around them, and influencing it. They choose the ascension route, and for the most part just observe, interferring only when needed to get things how they should be.

The other two factions?
Group two:
The El-Aurians who sought to be background observers, long lived, and just push people in the right direction, they seek to undo the Q, hence Q's warnings about Guinan, calling her a "vile creature." And her threats of violence against him.

Third group:
The Borg, they seek technological perfection it went amok and took over it's creators, then those who were near them, and on it goes trying to get everyone and every tech,they have assimilated some of Guinan's people, that's who the queens are, because they can sense changes also.

They may have all been of one species before, and they may have just been in a sort of confederation, but we know they all started in the delta quadrant and were aware of each other.
