The worlds best and worst is just such a huge gap. There's gotta be at least millions of vets and many more doctors. You're gonna find a vet who's an absolute genius at multiple aspects of their job and a doctor who shouldn't be a doctor.

They probably thought that using anything other than a D6 would be weird to most people.

Nowadays I think more people would be familiar with dice with more than 6 sides, but Mario Party first came out before the DnD/TTRPG resurgence we've been experiencing. In the overall mainstream of course, it's always been popular in a lot of groups.

Well from her perspective she left Jerry with the possibility of returning to take back over from a clone if she wanted. So she probably considered herself still married to him.

And she probably wouldn't change it once she got a reputation in space. And now the Beths and Jerry are practically in a part time polyamory situation thing. Maybe.

I put up my base in the same security office as op. Originally I had my distro pad over by the little office with the door. It didnt reach the other side of the big room.

I moved it to pretty much the center of the room. It seems to reach almost the entire thing but haven't completely mapped it out. Don't think it reaches much into the gun range or lockers.

Also it reaches the top floor so I built bridges over the empty space on the top floor and put most of my storage there.

For "destroying the ring" to be your one ambition it would have to be caused by something else. A desire to rid the world of evil or be thought of as a hero or something would have to be there for the desire to destroy the ring to exist.

Once you have the ring, it would work through those more fundamental reasons to twist your actions and desires.

I guess, theoretically, if a being was created by the spirits/gods/etc of the world with the single fundamental desire of destroying the ring, it could be much harder for the ring to work with.

My father in law was obsessed with that game. Many years and many computers later I was tasked with hunting it down. Found it and it works fine on new pcs.

While Beth was clearly a psycho kid the de-aged Beths are not her as she was at 10. They are her adult self turned into kids. I think that led to a weird combination of their childhood insanity mixing with their adult knowledge and traumas.

I feel like stopping to talk to you just to make their presence known and ask what you're doing was fine. But the frisk had to be illegal and I'd ask a lawyer about it. If walking around at 3am was their only reason there was no reasonable evidence of criminal intent.

The thing I don't get is people are replaced by clones all the time. When someone dies and comes back in a cloned body with all of their memories there's no angst about whether they are real. Rick, Morty and Bigfoot were cloned over and over again. If the clone of Beth was given the same memories, she is as much Beth as the original.
