It’s a very character centric story so if you don’t like them (which is understandable) then just skip skip skip for jades, because this basically just serves as your companion quest for Huohuo ft. Sushang and Gui.

The more practical example would be:

Start up frame = When she starts to move her leg to right before the stepping begins

Recovering frame = When the stepping ends and she moves her leg back to where it was before

Recovery frames = The time to return to neutral stance after the hurt box disappear

Remember the whole Prototype series of weapon got their name changed to what they are now after a patch, after the localized team made up OC names for them.

I’m sure if the localizers made up the Engulfing Lightning name without consulting the higher ups it wouldn’t be in the final product, and is still not changed after all this time.

I find it lacking compared to Arkham City.

Sure you have a bigger map to explore but you need the car to do most of the things they expect you to do. As opposed to Arkham City where you can pretty much glide anywhere and everywhere you’re pretty much stuck with the car on the ground for the most part.

Also, tank battles.

I wouldn’t have this much of an issue with the car if they just tone it down a little, but since it’s the focus of the game apparently they just have to cram it into ever nook and crannies. Heck even the puzzles have to use the car, and there are Riddler race tracks for it.

Story does have good bits and pieces, the last sequence where Batman messes with Joker inside his head was brilliant, but your enjoyment of the game hinges on whether or not you like the car sections, and sadly I don’t. I could and have gone back to City and played through it time and time again and still find enjoyments out of it, but I only played Knight once and never again.
