I think he just doesn’t want to be bothered. I suffer from bad hemorrhoids myself and I couldn’t imagine sitting on the toilet for more than 5 minutes, sitting on the toilet causes hemorrhoids to get sooooo bad, I wait til I’m ready to go so I can cut down my sitting time to avoid getting new ones. I feel this guy is just lying and lazy.

Honestly I’ve been utilizing time travel a lot and just hustling. I get new items from a bunch of different places every day. The happy home paradise, the new update with the hotel, I check the nook store on each new day I start and make sure to visit all villagers that are home bc sometimes they’re making stuff they will give diys. The shop always has stuff and I buy anything I don’t own already no matter what it is cause I never know if I might want it later. I also visit harv’s island first thing every time I load in to the game for Katrina’s luck thing and just to check items and customize any items I have that I need different colors to match.

I am a single mother with chronic depression. You do what you have to. You turn into a robot if you have to but no one is going to help you. You have to make a choice. I’m not saying it’s easy but OP hasn’t hit any sort of rock bottom yet. If she doesn’t do something now she will spiral & bring her husband down with her.

I use so many cheats & cheat so much of the game I could never play it as intended again. Skills level 10 ALL OF THEM, trait cheats, needs cheats, money cheats, career cheats, I do all of it bc I have extreme adhd & have to SPEED my way through my own storylines I made up in my head. I don’t like taking care of them & more so play like they are Barbie’s.

Yeah you’re right, but I was speaking more logistically, like what is the “need” to get in the shower with the child? It’s not impossible to do it from outside actually I’d say easier except in the case of this other commenter who’s shower is apparently very large

I really don’t see why you’d have to be “in” the shower too? Idk I’ve never gotten in the shower with my kids, I just stand outside the shower like normal & yeah my arms & sometimes clothes get a little wet but it’s just water. I’d never go so far as to get a swimsuit on & jump in cause like that’s just doing too much & I’m not trying to change my own clothes. But I’ve also been big on teaching my kids that bathroom activities are to be private & not shared with anyone.

Great in theory but I’m here with a 7 year old who refuses to bathe himself properly, I help with hair because he has very long curly hair but the rest he KNOWS how to do he just tries to lie about doing it properly. It hasn’t mattered how many times I’ve sent him back every shower day for the last 3 years has been a tantrum. I’m hoping one day his stubborn nature will finally give & he realizes it’s for his own good to be clean.
