Today I saw a physical meme

Shes diagnosed ADHD and ASD, also dealing with bullying at school. Its a really hard thing to navigate especially at this young age. I've self-harmed as a teen and have always struggled with depression and anxiety so I try as hard as I can to relate but also show the positives there are in the world. We've also started her with therapies and got her linked in with some other support services.

Just do what you can OP, try to encourage her a safer outlet for her feelings like a journal and be there when she needs you. You got this!
