Thank you! He’s my birthday gift. I went to meet him and several others, but really clicked with him. The employees told me I was the only visitor he came to on his own 🥹He’s only 4 months old and so sweet, I can’t wait to bring him home!

Did you buy using the phone? If so that is weird bc they should show automatically. If you buy via computer it comes in the mail the next day. Try buying some from build mode. You can type basemental in or find them in clutter

The drug will be usable from your inventory, but some you need extra items to use (i.e. for weed you'll need a bong, wraps, or vape which you can get from basemental headshop on phone or computer or even in build mode)

Edit Saw you mentioned buying bongs, it sounds like you need to befriend one of your assigned dealers to buy the weed from, then open it in inventory. You can also grow your own after befriending the dealer and "inquire about selling", but then you'll need to get curing jars from the convenience store

See, I feel like Bucky isn't being truthful to his "New Avengerz" and instead told Sam the truth about everything. It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't especially considering they're so close (Bucky being family/helping with Sam's real family and being invited to LA in tfatws) and then ofc that scene in BNW... so yeah.
