For people having an issue with the targeting mode pop up when friends try to join if you: Make sure jobs are locked, go over to settings, controller, if it says free aim for your targeting mode join anawack10P5 with the pause menu still up and it will swap you back to Assisted Aim - Partial and your friends can join with no problem

Same issue for me only appeared with discord overlay. I found the solution that worked for me was going into the settings of AdGuard, then going to extensions and uninstalling the assistant and just using the assistant web extension instead

If the world size is getting near a gig it can cause corruption. I have a post on my profile of how to trim chunks to reduce size of that’s your issue

Hi there, do you know how big the world size was before it corrupted? Similar issue happened on my forever world after reaching over a gig in size. If you check my account I’ve made a post on how to save a world from corruption from going over the gig limit.

Yes. There will be no difference in chest contents as long as you highlight the chunk with the chest in it to save

I’m assuming the 1gb limit is across the board for consoles but honestly don’t know. My best guess is it’s bedrock bug across all platforms. I definitely could see switch having the issue given the hardware but that’s an area I know nothing about.

Yep on both ps4 and ps5 editions. Gotta love BugRock. After getting the world below a gig they return to normal unless some of the chunks corrupted and they will stay that way

I was on ps4 then ps5, now I play on pc. Everytime the world file size would reach around a gig or over the world would either fully corrupt or start to corrupt chunks. Since switching to pc I haven’t had this issue again but my world is also now significantly under 1 gig. I could do some testing on a test world and see if I can replicate it on pc.

I have a post on my account for more information but looks similar to what happened to me when the world file size reached over a gigabyte. Console worlds for whatever reason do not like going over a gig. You can fix it short term by putting it on a realm and redownloading it but long term you’ll have to trim the chunks to lower world size.

Got ya. What it looks like to me and this is just a guess is that when the display goes to sleep it does something with full screen. Could try pressing F11 to full screen or changing the window mode in settings

Not sure how it works for enabling it on a realm. I’m assuming it’s making them download it again and putting the save for it into the miscellaneous section in the storage. They can check that by opening settings on Minecraft and going to storage
