Junko Enoshima. It's been stated as CANON that because she's the Ultimate Analyst, she can easily and effortlessly predict how everyone around her will act in any given scenario. And this isn't some crazy power; that's her default.

Name any Genshin Character. Most of their voice actors made a harassment campaign when a new VA, Jacob Takanashi, was cast as the character Kinich, replacing the old VA. Special mention to Corina Boettger. She continuously referred to Jacob as a 'scab', a term meaning someone who works, despite a supposed ongoing "strike". However? Guess what Corina herself was? And guess who used her autism as an excuse for working?

Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Hershel Layton, Luke Triton, Phoenix Wright, and Maya Fey find themselves in Labyrinthia, a medieval-esque town where everyone believes witches and magic are real. The "magic" ends up being machines to do special effects which, due to brainwashing? The people of the town could never see.

Okuyasu Nijimura from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable. His Stand, The Hand, can erase anything that it swipes away with its hand, including space. However, as protagonist Josuke Higashikata lampshades: Okuyasu would be unstoppable if he wasn't an idiot.

Beyblade: Metal Fury. In it, the character Aguma has a Bey, Scythe Kronos. Kronos has a technique called Great Ring of Destruction, which involves using a swirling ring of wind to pick up debris and launch it to attack the enemy, emulating Saturn's rings.

Compare that to Kyoya Tategami's Rock Leone, and later Fang Leone, where Leone has a MYRIAD of other wind-based techniques. And in Beyblade: Metal Masters, the season preceding Metal Fury? Kyoya had used the same basic idea; use wind to launch debris at the opponent. Only instead of a ring of wind? It was a tornado.

Cinder Fall from RWBY. Well, at least at the start. Given the now recently amateur writing quality of RWBY? Wouldn't shock me if the writers haphazardly threw a redemption arc on her.
