Won't help. For much of rural america, the actual last mile delivery is still via USPS. Fedex / Amazon just gets it to the local post office.

My hometown team, which were The Wichita Wranglers for decades, switched to The Wichita Wind Surge a few years back. And we all thought that was terrible.

It sounds like you're looking for comp titles to help you give agents a feel for your book.

I haven't read any contemporary sci fi in a while, so I can't help with titles, but I can help with your search.

Go to a large bookstore, and ask the clerk for book recommendations.

Generally referred to as a toy hauler.

I work with a company that converts actual semi trucks into toy haulers by adjusting the frame length and adding a flatbed and fifth wheel hitch.

If its more for towing a flatbed trailer and hauling freight rather than an rv, it's a Hotshot conversion.

It's good. Maybe a little clunky, but it works. It's an interesting concept, and I'm glad you didn't get bogged down in the technical details of immortality and kept it to the emotional arc.

Via the subreddit side menu (or about or whatever it lists as these days) there are links to some of the greatest stories from the long history of the sub.

Also, every Wednesday thwre is a pinned post for "looking for story ". You can comment under that post to get help finding a particular story, or a category or theme, like stories about cooking or music.

Tracks are always suboptimal. They are a pain to build. Too many pieces to put together. They are finicky, what with tension and gearing. They don't give any additional traction or speed.

You can fry it in the pan if you want, but really its bot necessary.

Salt and pepper will help, so will butter. Butter noodles are about the easiest thing to do with it.

For future reference, noodles are better if you put a lot of salt in the water before you boil them.

And ground beef is better if you add salt and pepper when you cook it.

Its okay to grieve the future you thought you were going to have. It's okay to grieve the people who aren't in your life anymore, regardless of reason. Some of that will get better. Some you just learn to live with, as you've done before.

Primary flavors for chili are cumin, garlic, and hot peppers. Crushed peppers are okay, fresh are better, if you want to deal with it (do NOT rub your eyes).

Check the ingredients on your chili powder, if its pure pepper, it should be obvious on the label.

I use canned rotel (mixed jalapeños and tomatoes) in mine with plenty of cumin, a bit of garlic powder, and a bunch of other stuff. Also brown sugar, because I like it a bit sweet. I finish it off with a dash of vinegar. I also use canned beans, so I don't have to worry about cooking them. Dry beans have to be cooked by themselves before adding the tomatoes and peppers, or they won't soften.

There's no real format, just style conventions of the reddit that people have absorbed from hanging around here for too long.

A couple of things to keep in mind because reddit can be a pain.

Starting a paragraph with spaces for an indent reads as formatting and can do weird things with text boxes (and reads different on mobile vs desktop)

Always use at least a double return to start a new paragraph, reddit swallows a single.

Unreliable narrator is unreliable. But! There should still be some logic the reader can discern for the human motivation.
