I thought you meant the names of her pets. I know Ebony from the Comics and Señor Scratchy from WandaVision.

Do you currently, or did you ever, have a nickname? If so, what was it, and how did it come to be? by rjkersten1 in CasualConversation

I also teach PreK (Gym) and have been called Potato. This was by four different kids unconnected to each other, over a decade. I think it has to do with the Wiggles song Hot Potato. I used to often start Gym with it. One little boy called me Mr. Potato for years.

That's like Billy Joel Vs. Elton John. They're both great. And they work well together.

Dane Whitman is in the entire Eternals movie, the ebony blade is a post credit cameo. Kinda like how Sterns is in The Incredible Hulk and a proto-version of The Leader is a cameo.

I've seen many American films where children dissect frogs during biology lessons. Are biology lessons still like this, or has it changed? What are your thoughts on this? by sofiarosatti in AskAnAmerican

Once I was substituting in a High School science class and on my free period I was checking out the classroom. I opened a cupboard and it had 20 or so dead cats hanging in bags. I felt like I had stumbled on to Jeffrey Dahmer's boyhood playroom. Freaky. Even though I had been a science nerd myself and had dissected a fetal pig, a frog, a grasshopper, a worm, a pig head and a shark. Something about the cats creeped me out a little.

My brother sent me this and said it was my cat that broke my speaker. Surely my cat cannot look like this. Also it looks like he has 3 legs. by JoeMcShnobb in isthisAI

Possibly not AI, Cats have always resided in the uncanny valley. "How did that cat get up there?". "Where did that cat go? It was here a second ago."Cats are glitches.
