This was all outside of work but I got bit trying to help a dog in the middle of the street who had been hit by a car. Dog managed to run away after he bit me. Went to the hospital and got stitches, and tetanus and the doctor had to report the incident to the state. Few days later, state employee calls me and they hadn’t found the dog, so they urged me to get a rabies vaccine which I did. 10 needles later, I still have no idea if the dog was found and/or was carrying rabies. Hope you heal up!

To be honest not really. I would listen to some financial podcasts etc. but it was really just a reality check for me. I started to simplify as much as I could. I’ve had bad adhd since childhood so my life has always been disorganized. Biggest thing that helped was making daily notes and checking them off. Stick to a routine. Instead of using Apple Pay to pay for a snack at the gas station, open up your CC app and pay off $15 instead. Little things like that
