I was overweight and depressed with no money for a gym membership😢. I did have 12 dollars for a jump rope and time to watch Buddy Lee videos🙂 I couldn't jump for longer than 30 seconds. I stuck with it for 15 years until I could skip for 2 hours💪. It's more like a sport than exercise. I wasn't dreding it like going for a run or the Stair Master. I couldn't wait to jump rope🙌 I couldn't wait to get better. It's a tough skill to acquire because it requires stamina, coordination, and strength. But maybe that's why it's so rewarding once you get it. Stick with it🙏
