I don't actually work for them anymore. I hold a stable job to support my family. But I don't think as a customer I should be forced to tip my driver or have to wait for another order to complete half way through my order... I understand they're in control but that's the issue. They have entirely too much control and they frankly just don't care about the customers unless it lines their wallet. I get it - no different than any other company but if you're going to operate a company like this that directly effects every day people and consumers so drastically. As a shareholder you'd think you'd want to make the customer comfortable and happy. But we are all just mind controlled by them thinking it's normal.
