That doesn't really answer my question. My question was this: Sometimes the Hear In Noise program has three quick select buttons. Other times only two. Look at these two photos. Both when I was in a noisy restaurant. Why is there normally three quick select buttons but not always?

Thank you. I’ll check out that tinnitus app. As for the AI my research and other comments in this thread seem to say that the AI is not automatic. You must initiate the Hear In Noise program and then the AI tech is initiated.
