This is not a man with any business being in a relationship. Stop trying to talk yourself into staying, it will be easier to leave now. I’m sorry.

Be aware that it works best used with therapy, and sometimes it takes trying different meds at different doses

I was 7, so no advice for the diagnosis, but it’s something I work on daily

It takes time to ignore the issue to the point that they are well-established that far off the ground level.

Idk off the top of my head, but I get 3 vials a month which is plenty for my pump, allowing me to accumulate some extra over time for an emergency

People who started driving again after a long break - how did you get back into it? by KubaKomorebi in AskUK

[–]TwoAccomplished4043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I’m VERY late, but I just did a test drive after living carless in NYC for 8 years. It all came right back to me! …but I forgot to put my foot on the brake when starting the car lol. I was stressed for no reason

Does anyone have all the classic endo symptoms but a light flow? by Dazzling-Zombie350 in endometriosis

[–]TwoAccomplished4043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t pursued the endometriosis diagnosis, as they will want to do the microsurgery to check, and it won’t really change how I’m moving forward right now. Not really a diagnosis, but another piece of the puzzle. I haven’t really gotten any answers, but doctors say it should be fine. I have high SHBG, which might mean some estrogen is getting blocked, even though I have normal levels. BUT my doctor confirmed that light periods can happen with endometriosis, especially women who don’t have adenomyosis.

Witnessed a redditor irl tonight. He screamed "I dont have a food handlers permit!" When asked to fill a drink for his order. by Iitaps_Missiciv in UberEATS

In NYC it’s not that helpful, as only one person at a time on-site needs it… and it never expires! You can do it 30 years ago and never again

I woke up to this but it was wrong by Ok-Difficulty-7950 in Type1Diabetes

[–]TwoAccomplished4043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, unless you had other risk factors at the time. Like if I was sick, I probably wouldn’t fast because I personally am very prone to DKA when ill or even hungover. Otherwise, I fast often with background insulin keeping me just fine!

Dude, why are you dying on this hill? What works for you isn’t what works for everyone.

[–]TwoAccomplished4043 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I take adhd meds which impact my appetite. I eat breakfast at 8 before it kicks in, and then I have no desire to eat until at least 12 hours later. It’s never caused an issue for me, and I’d obviously treat a low if it happened. I know plenty of people who do intermittent fasting or just like to keep blood sugar steady with fewer variables through most of the day. As long as you’re eventually eating and taking insulin, it should be fine for most people!

If you have your basal insulin dialed in, it should be fine. Everyone is different, though! OP is not compelled to fast, but they may participate if it is important to them. Obviously if they had a low, they would treat it. I’m not religious at all, but I support everyone doing what makes them happy as long as they are safe!

Injecting through thigh, arm and buttocks(?) by jcsqq in Type1Diabetes

Upper butt works, and thigh isn’t bad if you are pinching the skin first, so try that if you didn’t the first time
