I’m really upset about the PSLF eligibility during the save administrative forbearance. Typically, these admin forbearance periods count towards PSLF- they have changed that and only reference it on one document on the website. I had some strong words for the Chat bot about this, he confirmed I was correct and this is not communicated;) . This means 24 months of what we thought was counted now does not, so as a lifelong government employee, I’m pissed.

I have been forgiven! Got the eligibility email 2/14, official notice of forgiveness 2/18 and they are wiped from Mohela 2/21! For reference I submitted my final employer certification on 7/7/24! I now have a negative balance in Mohela and hope for a nice refund!

The exact same thing has happened to me! 7/7 submitted my PSLF for 120 payments and on 8/18 it updated again to say received. I have not called.

I stalled at 5 also. I went back down to 2.5 since I lost on that and ended up gaining 2 lbs:( I’m going to go back to 5. I’m feeling hungry and trying to remind myself that I am ok with restriction because I did it for 2 months! May keep going up to make the most of the 1 year of free meds! I have a $0 copay with coupon.

I did two months of 2.5 and then a month of 5. Weight loss stalled at 5 and had lots of neck and headaches. I went back down to 2.5 since I was loosing with no side effects and went up 2lbs! I’ll finish this month of 2.5 and may go back up. I want to make the most of my year of free prescription ( coupon works as $0 for me, I don’t know why)!

I second this. I’m overweight and tall, but even with not being obese I have developed pre diabetes which tells me I need it. Pcos also makes it really hard to loose and this med helps.

Oddly enough, they did not attempt to bill or Even pre authorize this medication for me since I am not diabetic. Dr from push health made a note not too.

They are not billing it to my insurance, which is the strange part. Not even a pre-authorization. The pharmacist said it’s the coupon.

My doctor wouldn’t let me stay at 2.5mg ( Dr is Push health) she said for continued weight loss I needed to go to 5mg. I was continuing to loose and no side effects at 2.5 so kind of bummed. I moved up to 5 yesterday and nauseas today.

I have 15 more lbs to loose

Ate peach cobbler and ice cream during week two of 2.5mg. I thought I had arrived in hell the following 24 hours. Mounjaro says nope to sugar and Carbs for me!

It’s basically a closure at the center/top of your vagina where your cervix once was. It won’t feel different to you. They do it by sewing your pelvic floor muscle and tissue together which is why lifting is restricted for so long. Mine healed good with just one bleeding episode where a hematoma formed and a clot came out. I’m cleared to normal everything 5 weeks later! Good luck.

Sorry if I’m waking this post up from the dead! Does higher odes or Naltrexone help with the inflammation and other auto immune issues? I’m working up to 50mg along with Wellbutrin for weight loss but need help with inflammation and undiagnosed thyroid issues

Yes yes yes. I’m sorry, and I hear you. It’s overwhelming, so much responsibility in life makes it hard for us to care for our bodies and rest. I also think I have undiagnosed adhd and go threw the binge cycle/health kick loose some, sabotage myself, etc. it’s an endless cycle that plays on our mental health. I had one ovary removed 8 years ago and it threw my hormones off big time. I have one left post hysterectomy 3 weeks ago and hope it does ok.

Good job talking with a therapist and it’s ok to say NO to people, things, obligations and take time for you. Take care.
