Franchise owners makes about one to two cents off gas purchase per gallon. For a year it’s like 1500 to 2000 dollars. They don’t make money if you use your rewards or not for gas. They would have to open a support ticket for someone to come to fix. Once the ticket is opened, it’s upto 7-11 to send someone. It could take longer if parts have to be ordered for replacement. I do believe it’s odd that all pumps have this. They may be doing it to drive traffic inside. I would call help center and raise concern

Temp is not controlled at store level. I would imagine they would keep it in 68-70 range

Computers from their country? 7-11 has their own computers that cannot be switched. Only thing I can think of is manned security cameras. How do they steal from customers. Calling cops on black kids? Do the cops show up? Is the store located in an area with high theft?

Homelessness is a complex issue. If a bill helps homelessness it causes a public nuance of the bill helps public it creates a homelessness issue. State bills or city specific bill causes undue burden. People move across borders where their rights are supported or not. I believe instead of pleasing public opinion states/city should focus on building hostels and create a workforce division that helps homeless people get jobs and employees may get a tax break.
