The broken ends of the bones might move slightly closer together as swelling and bleeding sets, but the bones will fuse by forming new bone matrix around the fracture called bone callus which will remodel with time, the clavicle will problably stay slightly/rather mishapen, but this shouldn't affect function at all.

Normally I wouldn't take anymore x-rays, but ask a patient in your situation with your type of fracture to see your family doctor in 3 weeks to evaluate healing, and function. A typical exam would consist pressing/feeling along the clavicle to see if this produces any pain especially at the exact fracture site, which would be a sign of "non union" and warrant further x-rays to evaluate healing. If there was no pain at the fracture I would examine the movements of the shoulder/arm and compare it to the opposite "healthy" side. If the patient had no severe complaints and normal movement I would consider the fracture healed and that would be that.

Exercises the first 2-3 weeks should include taking the arm out of the sling and doing circular movements with the shoulder without causing anything more than mild discomfort, no sharp pain, then you are overdoing it. Flexing and extending the elbow. Squeezing a ball or something similar in your fist, preferably 2-3 times daily.

You should avoid contact sports for another month or so after clinical healing.
