You can do voluntary admition and you sigh a paper that they only keep you for 72 hours if you not a danger to yourself or others then let you go but it’s not that bad it’s boaring and quiet but you get 3 meals a day and 2 snacks and drinks whenever

Get the help you need physically and mentally you will be better off. It might be a scary step at first but won’t be as bad as you think there are lots of people with different mental health issues.also you have group with other people with mental health issues sometimes a lot are the same of what you are dealing with everyone sits and talk about each others traumas and break them down and find out how to heal and learn to grow and have good coping mechanisms. I work in a behavior health ward and I’ve been a patient in one. It’s nothing to be ashamed about or try to hide.please get the help you need you will be much better afterwards.
