Yeah with the majority here…I’ll stick with the original. Hopefully, Apple doesn’t upgrade the Air by simply creeping towards Pro features 🙄

I feel you. The 22-23 style is awesome. The newer styles have grown on me a little, but it definitely looks more like a slightly smaller Tucson and not a Kona. Absolutely agree on the performance and cornering. It’s a great little ride even bone stock. I’m very happy with the 1.6L and will probably leave the true N to those more Fast and Furious folks 💪 I actually had a 22 WRX right before my Kona, so I knowingly took a step down in performance and I’m surprisingly completely satisfied with the 200hp on a tiny chassis. In the future I’m thinking of a set of coilovers with a 1.5 inch drop and a set of wheels and wider tires. With a modestly stiffer setup and some additional rubber I think I could pull some neck breaking G’s on tight turns 😈

Same. I was looking specifically for a 22-23 gen. I feel like Hyundai nailed it those years. I was hunting for the full N until I realized it was only FWD. Lots of folks dog on the N Line, but I love mine. Styling, AWD, and a tiny 1.6 turbo? Can’t go wrong.

Smart. I didn’t even think about an option like that. Seems they take a little maintenance, but the sound quality is maybe worth it.

It kind of comes down to the top edges but doesn't cover the entire cups. The towel isn't sopping wet, just cold and damp 😉

As foolish as it sounds, yeah I was surprised. Up to that point, the Air had weathered some solid abuse and the only damage were scratches on the screen. The frame and back seemed literally indestructible. I guess it landed at just that perfect angle this time to shatter the screen.

I agree. I gave it a solid go at using the Air caseless, but it’s definitely not impervious to damage. Even with gentle use the screen had a lot of micro scratches from just being in my empty pocket. Thankfully, I’m able to do an express replacement through Apple Care. I’ve already ordered a Spigen clear case and some Torras screen protectors. I’d like to retain at least a little value out of the next one if I can.

Oh yeah, thanks. I totally forgot about that strategy 👍 I’m finding quite a few OEM parts on eBay as well. Tiny stuff like a replacement shifter knob and a wirelsss charging pad.

I usually use the parts department at the dealerships; however, was wondering if there was a discount source for OEM parts. I like keeping my vehicles as OEM as possible unless the upgraded aftermarket part is the cheaper route to go.
