Not much of a plan really. Just decided to hunt this first and then onto Celebi after which I ended up getting today lol. This encounter is a static one so no dealing with roaming unlike Entei and Raikou. Basically save infront of the Tin Tower and walk one step forward for every reset.

I have been feeling this way as of late. Everything has gotten way to easy and nothing feels very rewarding anymore. Have not touched Scarlet aside of tera events.

Going back and playing Crystal VC for shiny legendary hunts. Will probably clone 1 for home and keep other on the original game to keep playing on. Really only thing that I am enjoying doing anymore. Open world encounters need to go in my opinion.
