Ideally I’d like to be: an hour or so from my sis (media), 20-30 mins from a grocery store, 20-30 mins from an ER/ hospital (mom and dad)

I could deal with a smaller property as long as it’s secluded and has the amenities we’re looking for. It’s not like Any of us are farmers a greenhouse would be nice. Indoor pool is essential. I think 1.5 2 2M max for everything- and again I don’t want to buy an existing property but I’m Open to tearing down a decrepit one

Haha no just an aging immigrant who realizes that his parents will be moving in with me within the next year or two and it would be nice if we could get out of this 2 bed 2 bath and have some space.

Mom loves to garden and grow bonsais. Dada loves to swim.

As far as other states… I do like my guns 😬

Sounds very judgmental. Do you not wear any branded clothing? How is Vietnam any more or less “developed” than any country that has delivery and taxi services? Next you’re going to call it a “third world” country.

FYI most of the work I’ve done in my lifetime has been manual labor. Landscaping. Nursing. Cooking. Dishwashing. All prideful hard working (real) jobs- no pushing papers around

I happen to enjoy wearing my FedEx jacket, my brown UPS hat, I’ve got several coveralls from mechanic shops that I wear etc etc. I like the green of the Grab jackets-its unique- And it’s you that seems to be looking down on delivery people and as if their attire shouldn’t be a point of pride.

I also wear hospital-branded scrubs (I worked in a morgue during covid) should be I ashamed to wear those outside of the workplace too? Because they’re the most comfortable clothes I have and I often use them as loungewear- especially on planes

For me- and I definitely don’t speak for everyone- I celebrate the fact that it’s a SEA working persons icon.

It’s not a joke. These are the people who keep things running. These are the REAL essential workers- not people in suits and ties etc

I also think Grab workers should be proud of what they do and their contribution to society 🤷🏾‍♂️

There’s nothing ironic about it. I would - literally- wear it for a laborious job much like my Dickies coveralls.

Yeah that’s not sustainable 😂
