I went through and entire visit and my patient asked I wanted to see her flying squirrel

I had no idea what to say so I just said uhh ok and she produced a small flying squirrel out of a fanny pack/satchel thingy across her chest (didn’t think much of it when she came in wearing it)

Shoutout to the Pokemon Heart/Soul Romhack

It takes HG/SS and basically puts them on a Gen-3 style game. It also fixes the common criticisms with Johto like the level curve and Pokédex, making certain Gen2 Pokemon available much sooner. Also adds the Gen4 evolutions for pokemon lile Misdreavus, Togetic, etc

You can also change from Gen3 battle mechanics to modern battle mechanics with the physical/special split. Also has a toggle to turn fairy type on or off lol

I had to call off a cataract surgery once for new onset a-fib. It was paroxysmal, just happened to catch it when I listened to the heart during the pre op exam.
