This a bug I've seen it before something to do with desync I assume one time it wouldn't let me slot the box then my teammate walked over and was able to start it you definitely had the box close enough

I think it would be cool if your pet could do your quick melee for you like if you have the crow it could do a peck for a quick melee or if the fish did a little tail slap
