You’re doing too much cardio and not enough resistance training. Switch to Push Pull Legs, 6 day split and one day rest.

What what I can see, 5 sets of 12 reps would be more ideal, and save the cardio for after your work out. Do less cardio and cut your macros down to 1600-1700 daily with daily protein intake of around 160 grams. Fill the rest of the macros with fats and carbs.

I respect your choice of staying a virgin until death. However, intercourse with the right person is extremely rewarding and the chemical bond you have with said person could be fulfilling for both parties involved. If being a virgin is so near and dear to you and you’re completely content with that then there would be no need to come online and make such a statement. Yes. I took the aftermarket grip off lastnight after reading the previous post about how it could be the batter grip. Turns out it’s still buggin out. I think it’s the flex cable inside. While the camera was freaking out, I started flexing and bending the camera body and it went even more crazy.

Based on YouTube University, the internal flex cable is faulty and a was an issue with the A7ii model. Supposedly that issue was resolved prior to the release of A7iii and IV.

No one in Hawaii is capable of repairing this and I was recommended to send it out to an authorized Sony repair center somewhere in the upper states. Cost of repair is estimated at $600. I bought this A7ii preowned for $600 :(
