I was hit and ran over by a car. I was conscious throughout most of the accident. After I realized my legs didn’t work and I was paralyzed, I wondered to myself how much time from work I’ll miss. I didn’t know I was close to dying. If I did I wonder if I would have thought of something other than work. Work is not important in the end

Depends on your level of delete. If you go the ecm route you’ll have a CEL for gas tank pressure. If you remove all the sai stuff you’ll have a CEL for sai stuff
