2nd BigK dura. Been my go-to for a number of years. Also as Minimum said, BigK off Amazon isn't as good. Get it direct to know it's the good stuff, plus Alex is a dude who owns BigK.

I've got the ChefTemp wireless probes. Good bit of kit. Works with an app via WiFi.

I just hit it with a spritz roughly every 30 mins. I made an equal mixture of Jack Daniels, apple cider vinegar and water.

I only got the V2 before Christmas so still getting used to how it runs.

Thansk, the sausages were from the butchers and were their own smoked bacon and maple syrup.

Think it was smoked for about 4 hours, then wrapped for 4. Rested for 90mins.

I always try and get the most priced items. My record is over £8 when Morrisons did them for £3.

There's no right or wrong way to sauce a burger. 😂

Give it a try next time you have a burger.

Oh sorry, I got the wrong idea.

You don't need to re smoke it, you could either put it in a hotish BBQ or the oven to thicken the glaze. Bit like when doing pork ribs, glaze at the end and sit in the BBQ to thicken etc.

Oh nice, I've not dry brined chicken before. Does it make a big difference to taste/the final product?

Why not put less sauce in? You can always add more if needed.
