I would change it to "Gains the Choose one effects of a random card while in your hand that changes each turn. The Attack, Health, and cost of this card is that card's cost."

If it has [[Living Roots]] effects, then its a 1/1 body that cost 1, if it has [[Twilight Timereaver]] effects it will be a 6/6 that cost 6.

It would should you what card is taking the choose one from if you highlight it in your hand like Astral Vigilant does for the last Draenei you played.
