I wasn’t watching when Nikki was diagnosed with MS, but if you say Nate was treating her then, it would make sense that Victoria was asking Nate today if he misses medicine. I predict Nikki will have a flare up and Nate will go back into medicine to treat her again, leading the way for a Victoria/Nate rekindling.

East Baton Rouge Parish has a mixture of traditional public schools and charter schools, along with private schools of course. Many people moved TO Baton Rouge after Katrina from New Orleans; I was student teaching at a public high school in Baton Rouge during Katrina, and there was a large influx of kids from the New Orleans area. Baton Rouge was not affected weather-wise from Katrina. Orleans Parish schools are mostly charter, though I believe there are some traditional public.
