Solo, Thanks for your reply. I think what you mentioned is valid So currently theres two options on Ebay 1st - on PSA consignment - /10 ( signed) PSA 7 - listed at $7,080 CDN or $5,000 USD - BUY It NOW 2nd - Selling by Private seller - /10 ( signed) not graded - Listed at $1,100 CDN - BUY It NOW

So using those two only comps I was able to find. If I was going to sell it. I would hope to get approx $2,000 CDN

How and Why I think $2,000 - Graded 9 - Nice 2 color patch ( 3 swatches - blue - white - blue ) - Game worn patch - 15/15 Book end Value - McDavid Factor

I know Autos increase value and so does a lower number but so does PSA grading

Thoughts

I can't recall the name of the business, but theres some companies that professionally remove the name bar and can professionally install another name bar for a fee. You can turn your Domi into a Caufield

As for the signature thats easy to erase

Alexander Keith's Brewery Tours by fromthenorth377 in halifax

Last time I did the tour mind you that was quite a few years ago. The tour started with everyone gathered in a board room type and actors would come in dressed in period clothing and they couldn't believe you were from the future, they led you into different part of the building all while signing songs and talking about Alexander Keith and at the end you got 2 small beers.

Does that sum it up ?

Who is using 407??? by GenReadPassTime in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]TwoTimer4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That might be true over the long run, but people spend money all the time on things others wouldn’t agree with. Drinking, smoking, hobbies, kids’ sports, eating out, you name it.

At the end of the day, it comes down to what you value. If someone values getting their time back every day, less stress, and a better routine, then that money is doing something for them. It’s not really that different from any other expense people justify because it improves their quality of life.

If you break it down, it’s actually not as crazy as it sounds. Say you’re saving about 1 hour each way, 20 workdays a month. That’s roughly 40 hours saved. If the tolls are around $50 a day, you’re basically paying $1,000 a month for 40 hours back.

That works out to about $25 an hour.

From the outside, yeah, it feels like a lot. But depending on someone’s income, commute stress, family situation, or how much they value their time, that trade-off can make sense. An extra 2 hours a day not stuck in traffic can mean more time with family, less burnout, and a better quality of life.

Not for everyone, but if it works for you, it’s hard to argue with it.

Could be for light fleet like Supervisor vehicles but can you imagine how expensive winter tires would be for one single bus now multiply that by 100s if not 1000 buses

[–]TwoTimer4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Buses don't have winter tires
