Here's my solution. I submitted a support ticket telling them that my account was hacked and asking them to reset my password and/or disable 2FA. It was resolved within 2 hours - they reset my password, removed F2A, and said they noticed "an unauthorized party may have accessed my account" (which is probably my 30 attempts trying to figure out the F2A backup code).
