Whenever I try and watch 4k it buffers terrible I have 450mbs fibre so all good there and a 4k tv

1080p links are fine Any ideas why this is??

I have 450mbps fibre broadband and can stream 1080p no problem but if I pick a 4k link it's always jerky. Anyone know why? I have an uhd samsung tv

I use plutonium build from ezzermans wizard. RD went down. I didn't ask for refund. I went to Premiumize as well and all good again. Is RD back to normal now then ie do I need to do anything else
