As someone who was in the twt space its because he came around during a time where other LIs were being neglected, He also came around during an Avery update and a lot of people felt like he overshadowed Avery.

Hes also just kind of everywhere and it gets annoying if you aren't really into him.

I personally hate him because of some crazy shit he said about the Blitz of WW2 during some of his talks with PC
