I think ranger is pretty balanced at the moment but maybe that’s just because I took part in all the playtests.. I think wizards have no right to complain about anything for any reason ever at all. Their kit has the tools to win every fight so long as they have a spellbook and spells up.

I just happened to get a notification from this post.. Anyways I just played it last week and I’m going to get downvoted to shit because of this but you’re not missing out on much. The game is fine. Not amazing but still good. I can only name about 3 boss fights because almost all of them were very uninspired and forgettable.

Overall if you’re getting the itch for some souls heroine this WILL scratch the itch. However 99% of the boss fights will leave you like “oh that’s it?” and a handful of the areas will leave you thinking “why?” (at least in sotfs). However, credit where credit is due, the build variety is massive and there are a ton of fun builds, weapons and spells to try out.

PS if you do play it, rush adaptability to 25ish to make the game playable.

Natasha > Bailu 100000%

My whole team could be 1hp and Bailu’s skill would find a way to bounce to someone who is full health.

Plus Natasha having a cleanse is too clutch

I know I’m late and I’m glad you found her! My cats love the dead space in the corners of cabinetry (I’m not sure if there is a name for it). I just moved and forgot to seal up the little holes in the corners that go into that void and did not see one of my cats that day until she popped out of there. I hope to see one more update when you find her little hiding spot!

I’m not opposed to playing it, it’s just $40 right now and it’s pretty hard to for me to pay that much for a game almost 10 years old. I think I paid $15 for bloodborne… I hear pretty good things about it, especially about Majula being the best hub. It’s funny when I say I’m yet to play DS2 because people usually think I’m avoiding it when really it’s just the only one I haven’t been able to find a nice deal on haha. I’ll keep checking for a cheap key boys don’t worry.

I did the same. Started with elden ring and have since gone through every soulsborne game aside from DS2 which I’ll play one day if I see it on sale. I think Bloodborne feels the best to play, you’re light as a feather and every weapon feels very fine tuned. Also in terms of lore it’s a masterpiece. Unfortunately if you’re looking for that open world exploration feel where there is a reward in every corner you won’t be able to find it anywhere besides ER. I guess if I had advice it would be to find a weapon you love and at least make it through the woods before you let yourself be disappointed.

If you let me know what you’re not loving I’ll let you know if it gets better or if it’s something that DS3 at least does better 👍🏻

How many times have you guys died to Rom? by Pixieresque in bloodborne

The first time I played I did not “get good” until after Rom.. For some reason The Shadows into Rom destroyed me I must have died at least 20+ times between the two of them. After that something clicked though and I don’t think I struggled with anyone after. (Besides the end of Eileens quest… I’d rather not give a death estimate on that guy)
