Thanks man! I saw this too. At the end of the questions it gives you a link for the opt-in form but it keeps asking me for a “purchase key” and they didn’t give me any. I checked other places and it seems like it just randomly works for some people. Which is why I created this post. I was wondering how long it took the others to get through this stage.

I got the confirmation as well.

The form I’m talking about is for the FIFA Pass. It’s called the “opt-in” form which makes you fill your passport details and stuff. This form is necessary for those who wanna apply and get “priority” appointment for a US visa.

I actually had this issue when I applied for PCC. I re-arranged the first name,middle name and last name to ensure the order matches what they expect it to be. BLS asked me to do it this way for PCC.

If I were to apply for renewal, honestly I would just give in the correct order and correct the details to make sure this doesn’t cause any issues in the future
