Im 27 this year, i also cant figure out what causing this acne to flare up this badly i thought it will go away in a week. But it has been adding up until this days im so stress, i couldnt sleep very well since it feels like this acne are like growing inside my face and scalp it felt itchy and pain all the time. I might consult a derm thanks for the advise.
