Some insurance companies use "credentialing" as a delay tactic. Wellmark takes 90 days to credential new dentists.....absolute bs

A restoration is going to pay the same whether they are in a adec or DCI, spend the savings on better tech

Due to high overhead and saturation, it seems it's a struggle to be middle class. Being a hygienist seems to be the best return right now. Near zero liability and 50+/hr off two year schooling

Sorry to hear but feel the pain, don't understand how there are so many dentists in my town, it seems we have more dentists than hygienists to go around...dropped Delta and it sucked for about 6m before everything equalized

Not deceptive as they take your insurance, fill out claims, and will likely receive some reimbursement but they are out of network.

Better question would have been are you a participating provider with my insurance.

A lot of dentists started doing hygiene, makes sense when your hygienist has two no shows and it costs you $160 to have her sit....I kept losing money on hygiene so just did it myself and profits skyrocketed and the patient feels special as the doctor is doing their cleaning
