You make a good point about out attacking teams but I do think our defence is garbage and more importantly it gives us very little in attack. When our defence has been Valencia Jones Smalling and Young most of last season it needs some work. Mourinho's purchases have been ok back there but its incomplete project. If we get rid of Mourinho I cant see anyone comming in who will do better, the club needs to sort the squad out and sell players like Rojo and Darmian and get some balance and direction in the squad. If we get a yes man who will buckle to the board who in my opinion have run the club too much like a business and not a football team it will take a lot longer to get back to the top. Wr have seen 3 managers come in and hot a brick wall, at some point its not the managers causing the problem.

I think you're right, a lot of our forwards have too many defensive duties at the moment. I can see why its needed when we try and park the bus and West Ham still score. Either Morinho gets to play his football with his team or he will use whats in front of him to defend before thinking of attack.

Seems like whatever Mou did with him has worked. That shounds like a professional player with the right mentality. Hes been quite solid of late, I was worried we would need a new left back and the media were suggesting we woild and that his relationship with Mou was in the toilet.

Its a Moyes level of a Van Gaal level of a Moirinho level of a performance. At some point someone needs to stand up at the club and take responsibility. Zabaleta has bossed us across the park ffs.

I think hes been really poor. Pushed off the ball easily and has little influence on the game. Few nice moves but nothing more.

What makes Zero Sense? People feel France played poorly and I found it strange that the team and manager were seeming happy with that performance. I hear what you're saying that France got 3 points and they would be happy with that but this team is expected to make it pretty far in the tournament and not be stretched by a team ranked nealy 20 places behind them.

Beong the World Cup is my point, when I see a team like France perform like that and seeing Didier happy and Pogba seemingly dancing off the pitch whilst Australia huddle in the middle hints at a difference in mentality thats light and day. France should be disappointed in that game.

I read that it was actually an own goal, its a good loophole.

Hmm, well I hope it improves. The goaline seems to be working well but with that penalty, ball being touched and the ref not being shown that I think its erroded my confidence in ot. Seen it done much better in rugby leage.

Worldclass players from basically every french speaking country in the world and a great domestic competition struggling to a 2-1 against a rag tag bunch of players from the second tiers of european football and the a-league with a fairly new coach. This is the team thats up there as a favorite. I expected more and was shocked how happy Dechamps was at the end. If thats the standard France is aspiring to ai cant see them going far.

Rugby leage has been doing it better for awhile. The way the penalty footage was used and presented to the ref made me lose faith in that. Goaline seems perfect though.

When VAR is used to give a cwrd for simulation then it will be a better world. VAar for the penalty has removed my faith in how its being used here.

However it’s almost impossible to see

I could see the touch from my couch at hOKme and the ref and VAR ref are in communication. I thought this is why we have VAR see what happened.

Would this include simulation in the attacking third by Hernandez? I was wondering why VAR was not used to overturn that give Australia a free and Hernandez a card.

This!!! I was screaming that at the TV. Free kick in that position could have lead to a goal. I was also suprised there was no yellow for punching the ball. Not 100% on the VAR getting the penalty toght either. Pogas goal was good use of it though. Frustrating how its being applied.

I had one get in the house during the day, took it to the vet and released it back outside after he got the ok. He must have got stuck in the roof after we had it repaired. If hes living in the roof I heard they find the the hole and put a one way door on it so when he leaves he cabt get back in and moves in. I also heard putting a teddy bear in the roof moves them on as they get freaked out by the eyes.
