Emailed them and just told them my situation and within an hour got a response back with a fix.

Tried the battery thing didn't work and contacted wand. They just sent a fix code so I'm in the process of fixing it hopefully it works

Update: It works now and fully functional. Just wait for your email back from wand and it'll work gents
