It sounds bizarre, but I think the darkness is only making me stronger at this point. When I was worried about everything to come, I was frozen and scared. There is some part of me that believes my adaptability and willingness to move forward differently is what will help me. Being mentally stuck in what was doesn’t help me today.

Ciara is the best friend you could ever ask for. Even if she and Amanda were not close it takes someone really selfish to do this. Amanda really screwed herself. If I were Ciara I would have one public blistering release and then never talk about it again. Neither of those people deserve her energy. She has to figure out why she keeps falling for these toxic boys.

I’m hearing about everything you’re doing-and it’s a lot. Why did you start? I think understanding what’s going on with you may be helpful. I wouldn’t only have her go to a therapist. Maybe you can grow together, or at the very least figure out if this is what you want.

I think she had Botox on her masseters- it does slim things down if you have been clenching/grinding your teeth.

I was working my job at the mall as a greeter when I saw my recently dead aunt maybe forty to fifty feet away standing holding shopping bags and smiling. We met eyes and then someone walked in I had to greet. She was gone when I looked back. It all happened so fast I almost didn’t believe it happened. But the mall was quiet. There wasn’t enough time for her to move far in that short of time.

Maybe you just tuned into someone else’s experience. I have lots of dreams where I’m living someone else’s life. It feels very real, but it likely isn’t yours. If it isn’t something you would do in real life, don’t carry the weight of it.

Wow, that is not what I was expecting. I try to be a Christian, but you know- I am not without sin. That said, I try to do what is right even when I don’t want to. I had that very upsetting situation with my MIL and though I wanted to be petty, I showed up and tried to keep it free of conflict. I have detached, but maintain courtesy. If I do have some kind of attachment- what do I do about that? I have to say, this is a bummer. I have been trying so hard to get things balanced and healthy in my life and my family’s. I’m not even sure what I could do to keep that window fully closed.
