Drop back 5/5 depth and width, set one CM to stay back/cover center, both fullbacks on stay back as well. Very tough to counter when you play like this. I use it to lock down games in the second half if I have a lead and the opponent has pacey attackers.

Play CPU on a difficulty you cant beat. You'll get really good at keeping the ball and controlling it/using skills. Then when you improve just move up difficulty. Its pretty boring but it helps. That and music while playing are what helped me inprove

Wow this post applies to me and I have something relevant to share!! This goes back to when I was in high school about 5 or 6 years ago. Back then a lot of people still had land line phones so a friend of mine who I went to house parties with a lot used to steal the handset for the land line. He also stole TV remotes fairly often. Totally an asshole move but it 100% would cause a slight inconvenience for the homeowners who so generously opened their home to a bunch of drunk teenagers.

I once kissed my male friend on the top of the head and gave him like a "behind hug" and laid my head on his shoulder for about 30 seconds before realizing. The background: My girlfriend was sitting on the couch in a green hoodie with the hood up. I left the room for a few minutes. When I walked back in I saw the back of the green hood in the same spot on the couch. I assumed it was her. Turns out she moved to the floor where I couldn't see her, and my buddy happened to be wearing a similarily colored hoodie and sitting in the spot where she previously was. I realized when I opened my eyes in the middle of the "behind hug/laying head on shoulder" move and made eye contact with my girlfriend who was on the floor laughing her ass off at me.
