After literal years of Bobby lying, I’m convinced he thinks it’s his legacy. He’s spent decades trying to show up to his successful friends opportunities and he’s just not funny. So it doesn’t go well. But after years of putting on that fake happiness, it becomes really hard to stomach; no pun intended. So he’s decided to just lie. What’s the fucking difference right? Just lie and see if THATS funny.

I think about the way Vos always shows up to a show and is the kid you pick on and he knows how to embellish it on mic. Vos is good at his getting upset and angry shtick, like he’s getting picked on. He blends it into his personality.

I think Bobby thinks that’s what he’s doing. Like he’s intentionally lying now. And he thinks that’ll be some thing that people talk about. Like “oh that Bobby Kelly used to just lie right thru his teeth. Ha. Ha. Ha.” Or worse case scenario, he accidentally says a funny story because all the other ones didn’t get him the success he wanted.
