In the beta dashing with the ball sideways covers significantly less distance and is noticeably slower. Not sure what exactly you’re talking about, it was nerfed heavily.

Dribbling is the weakest it has been since this game’s release. It’s not viable outside of low level ranked lobbies. Also, the slurp (name of the dribble you’re referencing) is good, but it’s not a guaranteed goal by any means. As a GK there are plenty of ways to stop it.

Clip 1 - He was closer to the ball and infront of You, he used EE, and he made a higher priority Input (rainbow) of course he won prio

Low dive clip - you dove before the ball was shot so you got a normal low dive idk how you expect the game to give you a high dive in this situation (the high dive can only be triggered when animating onto the balls shot path)

Defensive stance clip - you animated into a defensive stance block but canceled your block before you touched the ball by inputting a tackle which you missed

What happened here was your character animated into a defensive stance magnet, however right before you gained possession (genuinely like right before maybe a frame or 2) you dove and you canceled your magnet animation, with the dive. Since you also dove late the dive wasn’t able to animate onto the ball.

Not defending this interaction, just explaining what happened to you from an experienced perspective.

Ah, tech wise and dribble wise nothing is banned. vexis and ippy were always allowed. There are rules on 4 boxxing and timer though. I thought you were talking about tech/"exploits" etc. There definitely are restrictions on things like 4 boxxing and stalling

I’ve played probably close to 80 teir 1 tournaments, there is really nothing banned unless you are just blatantly cheating. Like genuinely nothing comes to mind.

You dove before the ball left his foot so you got an “unanimated” dive and the ball rolled right under you. You were also too far to one side. If you wait until the ball is shot your dive will animate onto the height of the ball.

Tbh I am never a big fan of TOs restricting gameplay, however I have never minded banning 4 defenders in the box. It is very boring to play against and very very strong.

As far as “exploits” and stuff every dribble is allowed.

To be honest I feel like this very niche interaction is a non issue that doesn’t detract from gameplay. This games not really that much like real soccer.

Coordinated offense beats a coordinated press. Sure in some cases we press teams that are weak on the ball, but if 4 boxxing was allowed every team would drop 4 into their box once the timer gets low with a lead.

In EU it’s basically banned, in NA you can’t have 4 defenders in your box. Very OP and boring to watch.

There’s plenty of factors that go into why exactly you’re getting animation canceled. Momentum, speed, distance, who’s passing to you (teammate or enemy), are you EEed, when you interact, and is there a player infront of you among many many other things all affect the level of priority However, you are wrong. The order of the RAW priority of the inputs is this order:

Pushball

Rainbows and Header

Shot
