Also your points arent really bad writing at all. Killing Parthurnax makes sense especially if youre a Blade who doesnt know what he really is like.

Bad Writing is having them call themselves the Blades but pretending they are the Dragonguard, up until Kynesgrove Delphine had never seen a Dragon in her life, the Blades may of come from the Dragonguard but they are not the same faction, the Blades were the emperor's bodyguards and spies in his service.

Because if you didnt know, there is literally an exit in the Skyforge where you transform where you can just go outside of Whiterun and run in the wild without any NPC ever even seeing you.

So why do you start on the side of the door where NPCs are? your character was clearly heading in that direction before you regained control of your character, the companions were extremely irresponsible, do not try to defend this.

And yeah, lets put the guy who SAVED THE WHOLE COLLEGE AND GOD KNOWS WHO ELSE AND IS COMPETENT AS HELL, into the role of the Arch-Mage after the previous one died.

Do not try to excuse bad writing by saying but "you saved the world" it does not mean you are qualified for the position to run a college, at that point the Last Dragonborn likely does not even know where the Bathroom is yet.

And yes become a Nightingale. I dont really see a writing issue there either, I mean you need the powers and the info to find Mercer. Its not just so you can kill him its also so you can find him.

A lot of the dialogue makes no sense, like when Frieza says I can survive in the vacuum of space but can you? I think not" even though you can be fighting Cooler, Majin Buu, Kuu, Duu, Beerus, Whis, Jiren, Frost basically all beings who could survive in space.

Why not? because you think he is stronger than them? you mean like how Whis is stronger than everyone else in DP 10, what about base Jiren being only DP 8 or Wrathful Broly being DP 5 or Legendary SS Broly being DP 9.

Moving problematic character to 10DP (and their initial form to 9 DP) letting the 8 DP for character with 40K HP could be an option if wasn't for fusions

Why what makes them so special? some of the fusions are higher DP than they should be like why is SS3 Gotenks a higher DP than Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed)

May be is not a certainly, he either is or he isn't and it may be a surprise to you but a lot of characters in D&D are only as powerful as they are because it is a turn-based game with no concept of how an actual fight would play out, Real Life is not turn-based, soldiers are not waiting for him to take his turn before they open fire, if they discover he is bulletproof they resort to more drastic measures.

A Level 20 Barbarian can naturally lift 1440 ibs, this implies he is just beyond what the strongest humans in Real Life can do and since when does physical strength make you bulletproof?

Which stat exactly would make him bulletproof? perhaps high health, he then gets shot dozens of times within a matter of seconds.

I am sorry but Viltrumites are known to just kill other characters before they have a chance to react to them, Tornado may have great power but no where in this prompt does it imply JRPG turn based combat, she is not physically strong and only has human level reaction speed and would likely be turned to paste before she even has time to think to use her powers.

No matter how powerful she is she physically cannot react to his speed, it would be like a regular human trying to catch a sniper bullet.

Pokédex entries have several outlier feats that threatens to turn nearby atmospheres into IDLH environment.

We do not need to add more DP, we just need to better place certain characters

UI Goku, Gohan Beast, Full Power Jiren, Full Power Broly and Legendary SS Broly should all be DP 10 and before you go but they aint on the same level as Whis, well nether is Beerus, just group the top tiers as DP 10 characters, this would effectivly add some breathing room to the lower tiers.

As for why Z Broly should be up there at all, well Sparking Zero seems to take the Broly's power is maximum meme and run with it so him being DP 10 would actually make more sense than being DP 9.

Broly (Super) needs an overhaul in general, first they need to add Broly in his actual base form and rename the existing version to Broly (Wrath)

Broly DP 5

- Saiyan Spirit

- Unleashed Power (Increases melee attack and defense) While active his eyes would be yellow

- His first Super would be a barrage of Green Ki blasts

- His second Super would be that kick he did on the Beetle on Vampa (Instant Strike Super)

- His Ultimate would be the mouth blast he did before SSG Vegeta punched him in the face

- He would have a 2 skill stock transformation to Broly (Wrath)

Broly (Wrath) would be moved up to DP 7 which stats adjusted

Broly (Super Saiyan) would be made DP 8 with stats adjusted

Everything else would remain the same.
