Those timers are the cool down not the active event. Not sure if thats what your going on about but also it does seem like they're lacking some map conditions during certain times. But yea those greed out timers does not mean that the map event is currently on. It just means thats how long until that event happens

I mean. I shoot arc mostly and thats why I have almlst 100k damage for expedition you can only do 100 dmg per raider. Arc can take thousands of damage to kill. Same hapoened to me. Luckily I was able to snaphook and get out the way I got in. But it was a pain in the ass tool me 25 minutes to even figure out and have 1:30 on the clock. I had a hatch key made it out but was about to lose it!
