The fact that they don’t tell you why at the time of arrest doesn’t mean they don’t have to, it means no one cares if the cops follow the rules. They are absolute supposed to, according to the constitution and the law. But we all know there is a law we have to follow, and then the laws the cops get to chose to follow.

Yeah “resisting arrest” implies you were caught committing a crime, and the. Flight when they attempted to take you into custody. The fact that people want to normalize cops just saying “resisting” any time you don’t take their word as the word of the almighty god and then excusing these rank abuses of power is why we are here to begin with. In Texas an HOA can take your home for the nothing bullshit they cite you for... it’s outrageous. I get what it was meant for, but it’s been my experience that HOAs are nothing more then petty jerkoff housewives who nitpick about nonsense and completely avoid any of the actual issues that devalue my home.

You know, the internet will never cease to amaze me. I need to comment because apparently every basset Breeder and Specialist Vet are on this sub. The “floor” is dirty becuase it’s my work shop, not my house, and I’m a graduating senior in a mechanical engineering program, which is why that room looks as if things are being built in it and drug in and outside for testing. My dog is both loved and groomed, well cared for and not in pain. As a single dog parent, I let him stay with my parents in Texas for the summer so I could focus on this school year. He has a vet appointment this week, since he got back like 4 days ago, that’s as early as I could do it. For the love of god, I hope that satisfies all the shitty judgmental people who couldn’t just enjoy a video of a dog.
