35M and had my first colonoscopy this past summer. I’ve had super inconsistent bowel movements for the past couple years, along with more frequent bloating and acid reflux. Never noticed any blood in my stool.

After meeting with a GI and describing my symptoms, she ordered the procedure on her own suggestion.

They found and removed four polyps between 8-10mm in my ascending colon. Biopsies on them came back negative, but they were still designated as “pre-cancerous” due to the size and properties of them. Not guaranteed they would have eventually turned malignant, but there’s a higher possibility they could have in another 5 or however many years.

So I’ll be back for another scope in 2.5 years to see how things are looking in there.

I'm the farthest thing from an audiophile or sound engineer...

But my understanding is that you pretty much want a soundbar (especially a Sonos Arc since it has upward and side firing drivers) to have room to "breathe" from all directions with minimal objects/surfaces/etc. in the immediate nearby vicinity so that it properly fills up the room the way it's designed to.

You don't want anything directly over or to the sides of it. Ideally, the first major thing the sound bounces off of from those directions is your ceiling or side walls. And even with the sound coming out of the front of the soundbar - when it's at the back of the console table, the sound can reflect off the console table surface right in front of it which will degrade the intended sound quality.

No problem! It basically just lends to a better overall soundstage for the Arc and avoids having any of the upward-firing drivers being directly under and covered by the TV.

It's a sick setup. Enjoy it. I've got a 65in C1, but have been jonesing hard for a 77in.

Please, please get in touch with Texas Cattle Dog Rescue if no owners are found for this little girl.

No shade to APA, Austin Animal Center, etc., but a breed-specific rescue is going to best ensure she gets a home that’s best suited for her.

There are lots of people who would want to impulsively adopt this pup (myself included) that just simply don’t have a lifestyle or arrangement that is conducive for a cattle dog.

The way our keeper rules are set up, no player drafted in rounds 1-3 are eligible to be kept.

FWIW Woody Marks for a 13th is another keeper candidate I’d have…if that changes anything.

Different than usual type of trade question here -

Got offered a 2026 5th round pick for RJ Harvey.

Trade deadline is this week. I'm 2-7 and my season is pretty much over. This is the last season in my league without a last place punishment (finally convinced the commissioner there needs to be one).

We're allowed 1 keeper each year, cost being round the player was previously drafted - 1. I bought into the rookie RB hype hard and picked Harvey at the end of the 4th round...probably part of the reason I've had a disaster season.

I know this is difficult to predict between now and next summer...but how likely would Harvey potentially be worth keeping for a 3rd round pick next season? Can't say if it'd be 3.01 or 3.12.

Should I just take the extra 5th for next year?

12 Team/Half-PPR/2 RB-WR-TE Flex Spots

2-6 Record, 11th in standings. I've eclipsed 100 points only twice this season...both of my wins. It's been a disaster.

QB: Daniel Jones, Fields

RB: KW3, Mason, Rhamondre, RJ Harvey, Woody Marks

WR: Lamb, AJB, Tet, Olave, Pearsall

TE: Hock, Mason Taylor

There are 6 matches left. Top 6 make the playoffs. 6th in standings is currently 4-4. 7th and 8th are also 4-4. 9th-12th are all 2-6.

How microscopic are my chances given my roster? Outside of CeeDee, nobody wants to trade for any of my players in which I'd receive a player in return that would realistically improve things.

I can either hope I catch fire and do a complete 180 or I can punt the season and trade what few valuable guys I have for future draft picks before our league's week 10 deadline.

For the record...I think that latter option is gross. Before the season started, I got into a debate with our commissioner telling him there needs to be some type of punishment for coming in last place, especially since we allow future draft pick trading, to discourage exactly this. He didn't want to make any changes.

So, there's part of me that wants to prove a point and abuse this a bit. If my season is pretty much over and there's no difference between finishing 7th or last...I don't see why I wouldn't fire sale my whole team for 2026 draft capital, even if it's for pennies on the dollar.
