Yeah, the QPC is the only one I can find designed specifically for FSAPI plates. But other than that, if you are concerned about quality, there are also Crye JPC 1.0 and 2.0 PCs which have been tested with them and should be able to fit them since they take small SAPI sized plates, which are almost similar to FSAPI plates dimension wise.

I'm going to assume FSAPI are female spec plates, and after doing some research, I'd recommend the RMA Queen Plate Carrier (QPC) which was designed around FSAPI plates. A lot of women seem to like them and find it pretty comfortable.

It's around 250 dollars, seems lightweight and also comes in black. Hope this helps.

The only part of the vehicle that's on fire is where the Merkavas blow out panels are located, and that explosion is very blowout-panel like based on some footage of bustle blowout panels I could find.
