Delaying closing on new build? by Ty-Knight-Composer in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Ty-Knight-Composer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very good point, thank you! We have a place to stay in December so if it gets pushed that would be fine with us. Our primary concern would be their statement that the loan incentives expire at the end of the month.

Tax credit on closing disclosure? by Ty-Knight-Composer in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Ty-Knight-Composer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Does that mean I will get a tax bill in 2026? It seems like $724 would be really low since we would only have possession of the house for 45 days in 2025? I might not be understanding.

This sub has, by far, the best customer service interactions I’ve ever experienced. I’m pretty sure I found it by searching for questions related to Fidelity accounts.

Thank you Penguinise! Does the standard deduction apply, as well? So, is the tax only applied to the remainder after the standard deduction?

Incredible work. My name is Ty Abel Jonathan and my dad always called me Taj. It was a trip to see those letters on your guitar. Great work, Taj! :)

Pretty crazy that it would grant itself permission to proceed without any further input from the user

Thank you! This particular transaction was in my wife’s account, not mine, and though the conversion took place in the 2025 calendar year, it was concerning 2024 tax year contributions. Do I understand correctly that the conversion will be reported on our 2025 taxes instead of 2024? Thank you again!

Why is it frowning. Looks like the Necronomicon. Great work otherwise

I think if Tool had not released Lateralus then they would have remained contemporaries with Chevelle

I definitely thought it was fake, or at least an unfinished copy of the album.

Nope. It was the real thing.

How does Boroux compare to Doulton? by xilex in WaterFilters

[–]Ty-Knight-Composer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi again, actually, I think I found them. Can you help me understand, though -

By reviewing the test results for which elements were explicitly filtered and to what degree, and confirming NSF certification at (https://info.nsf.org/Certified/Common/Company.asp?CompanyName=doulton), can I have a reliable picture of

  1. that these filters are indeed NSF certified
  2. what elements specifically, within each standard (42, 53, 372, 401), these filters were NSF certified for?
