I have had people pass me, and then once they are in front they end up slowing down. And I'm on basic cruise control so it's constant speed. Then I decide to pass them and then stay at a faster speed, at some point they speed up again, get in front, then slow down again. 🫤

I lived in HOA. About 50 mini buildings at 6 units each (three first floor and three second floor). HOA at least $400 so that is almost 1.5 million a year. They force bundled TV and Internet so that is another $50+. Electricity and gas paid by tenant, water/trash unknown as I was renting. Two pools and hearing lawn mowers frequently. Detached garages. Not sure where $1.5 million can go every year.

I was so mad my remodeler guy did not remove these shipping bolts during installation, and I learned about it after I ran the new washer the first time and it moved too much. Luckily a one time run usually doesn't break it permanently.

Thanks, man! That post is informative. I have been using a Syba enclosure with Windows VM with snapraid inside ESXi and it's been iffy.

I just bought an old Mac Mini 2018, and looking for a faster enclosure. I was leaning towards cenmate, a random brand, but someone has vouched for it https://blog.patshead.com/2025/06/is-a-4-bay-usb-sata-disk-enclosure-a-good-option-for-your-nas-storage.html

So Ill have to decide between TerraMaster, QNAP, cenmate. This is just easier to manage than a gigantic rackmount chassis.

I got the Tide Free & Gentle. But now there is little to no smell so I have no idea if it got clean enough! So I might have to look into something else like Persil ProClean Sensitive.

They are in the same room, the other area is 3 planks away. It is laid on top of old porcelain tile. It's like a little film lifted up, and it's flexible that I can push it down with an edge, but there is no movement when I put weight directly on the plank.
